Rebalance your
Autonomic Nervous System
Discover how breathing can transform your well-being and improve your daily life.
Breathing is not only a vital act, but the most powerful tool for modulating our nervous system.
Modern medicine—from neurology to cardiology —recognizes vagal tone as the center of gravity of our systemic health. Proper vagus nerve function is key to the homeostasis of the autonomic nervous system, the mechanism that regulates our response to stress, inflammation, and energy recovery.
Through conscious breathing protocols, you can directly influence the biomechanics of the diaphragm and heart rate variability (HRV) . This approach optimizes tissue oxygenation and resets stress circuits, transforming an automatic function into a conscious strategy for healing and daily performance.

Do you ever feel like, between deadlines and constant pressure, you've forgotten to... breathe ? For years, I inhabited that world: the frenetic pace of international corporate life, between marketing and sales... a family to coordinate at the same time.
I know that race against time well.
This is where my research began: the need to transform stress into balance through the study of Behavioral Neuropsychology and Mindfulness .
Today, as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (R-Academie), I put these skills at your service.
Sbreeeze helps you regain well-being by acting on your physiology: my protocols aim to manage burnout, chronic pain (e.g.fibromyalgia, headaches....), anxiety, ADHD, cardiac problems and more.
Take back control of your well-being.
One breath at a time.

I will ALWAYS be available for any clarifications or explanations regarding the exercises.
The idea is to meet again two or three months after starting the protocol.
But YOU can still decide otherwise: do you want to see me every week? Are you still feeling unsure? Do you need more frequent contact? Together we'll adapt the frequency of the sessions to YOUR needs.
